  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Okkatots ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska and internationally. For questions about international inquiries please contact us directly at info@okkatots.com. Please note that the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Okkatots charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site for purchases shipped to destinations in Utah.


  • Return Policy
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused merchandise within 60 days from the receipt of your shipment, for a prompt refund or exchange.

    Email info@okkatots.com or call customer service, toll free at -888-988 OKKA to receive a return authorization number (RAN) that allows us to keep track of the return.

    Refunds can only be given on receipt of the product in saleable order. For your own protection, we suggest you return the product to us, prepaid, insured and with delivery confirmation or with tracking, as Okkatots is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Okkatots reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without proper return information or with visible usage.

    Your form of payment will be credited for the price you paid for the item and any taxes, less any shipping charges upon our receipt of the item.

    The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box together with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means clean, not washed and in saleable condition. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indication that it has been used.

  • If the item you received is defective in either manufacturing or materials, please contact our customer service department toll-free at 1-888-988-OKKA within the warranty time:

  • Okkatots Baby Carrier has a 2 year warranty from the delivery date.
  • Okkatots Diaper Bags have a 6 months warranty from the delivery date.


    • Okkatots will provide you with a prepaid UPS label to return the items to us.

  • Return and Credit Time
  • Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned product once shipped from you. It is our policy to process all returns, except for damaged items, within 3 business days from receipt of the product. For returned items credit may not appear in your account until the next billing period or your next month?s statement. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs and gift wrapping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.


  • Damaged Items
  • Okkatots strives to ship your package in good condition. If your order arrives at your door damaged, please be sure to contact our office within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Okkatots must report all damages immediately to the carrier for inspection, therefore, we ask that you keep all damaged merchandise and packaging in its delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7 - 20 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent.


  • Cancelling Your Order
  • All orders are shipped out in the early afternoon of each business day. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us by 12:30 p.m. Mountain Time, after placing the order, to cancel it free of any charges. Call toll free: 1-888-988 OKKA Mon. thru Fri. 9:00am -5:00pm Mountain Time or email us at info@okkatots.com. If you contact us later than 12:30 p.m. we will do all that we can however, Okkatots cannot guarantee cancellation of an order after 12:30 p.m.
